What data and why

We process data from the contact form (full name, email, optionally phone, company, description of needs and budget) solely to respond to your inquiry and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). Meeting booking data is processed by Cal.com in order to schedule the call.

Recipients

Technical service providers: Cloudflare (hosting, spam protection, anonymous cookie-free analytics), Resend (email delivery), Cal.com (bookings), Google (email), Anthropic (answers in the AI assistant chat; messages are sent only when you use the chat and are not stored by us). Some of them may process data outside the EEA on the basis of standard contractual clauses.

How long

Until our conversation ends, and if we start working together, for the period required by law (including tax law).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (President of UODO).
